Sri Ayyankali Memorial Government Model Residential Sports School, operating in Thiruvananthapuram district under the Scheduled Caste Development Department, is conducting a selection trial for students excelling in sports from the Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe category. The selection will take place from January 27 to February 11 at 8 am across 14 districts in Kerala.

The selection is being held in five disciplines: Athletics, Football, Judo, Wrestling, and Gymnastics (for boys and girls). Students currently studying in classes 4 to 10 should attend the designated district venues with the headmaster's certificate, three photographs, caste certificate, birth certificate, and a copy of Aadhaar.

Students in classes 5, 6, 7, and 8 will be admitted to classes 6, 7, 8, and 9 in the next academic year. Selection for admission to classes 8, 9, and 11 will be based on a physical test and skill test, while admission to classes 5, 6, and 7 will be based solely on a physical test.
