  Public hearing on electricity tariff revision.

A public hearing will be held on September 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 10th to seek comments and suggestions from the public and other interested parties regarding the revision of electricity tariffs for the period up to March 31, 2027. The hearings will take place on September 3rd at 11:00 AM at Nalanda Tourist Home in Kozhikode, on September 4th at 11:00 AM at District Panchayat Hall in Palakkad, on September 5th at 10:30 AM at Corporation Town Hall in Ernakulam, and on September 10th at 10:30 AM at the Conference Hall, Priyadarshini Planetarium, PMG, in Thiruvananthapuram. 

The public and interested parties are invited to directly participate in the public hearing and submit their comments. Comments may also be submitted by post or by email at kserc@erckerala.org. Comments should be sent before September 10th, 5:00 PM.

  Application invited for self-employed loan.

The Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Development Corporation invites applications for self-employment loans from unemployed individuals belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, aged between 18 and 55, residing in Thrissur district. Loans ranging from ₹60,000 to ₹4 lakhs are available. Applicants must have an annual income of ₹3 lakhs or less and must present a property or official guarantee of at least five cents.   Local Adalat on August 30.

As part of the government's third-anniversary celebration, a Local Adalat will be held in Idukki District on August 30 at Cheruthoni Town Hall. The Adalat will address applications submitted to Panchayats and the Municipal Corporation that have not been serviced within the specified time frame. Issues related to building permit completion, regularization, trade and commercial industry service licenses, civil registration, taxes, beneficiary schemes, project implementation, social security pensions, waste management, public facilities, asset management, and the efficiency of institutions, systems, and facilities will also be considered. Complaints must be uploaded on the website adalat.Isgkerala.gov.in by August 25.
