Chelakara Govt Polytechnic bags NBA Recognition

Chelakara Govt. Polytechnic College has bagged the NBA, the recognition of excellence given to higher education institutions in the professional sector. The three diploma programs of the college namely Civil, Computer, and Mechanical have received NBA accreditation.The college has achieved this achievement as per the norms of NBA by ensuring excellence in teaching and learning quality, infrastructure etc. as per the evaluation of the expert committee held from October 13 to 15. Accreditation is aligned with international best practices aimed at meeting industry requirements and producing highly competent graduates.The new academic block of the Civil and Mechanical Department was inaugurated in the month of April 2023.The college has taken up many projects of social relevance. The civil mechanical interdisciplinary project of making building blocks from solid waste with the funds of Kerala Startup Mission under the auspices of MG University has received many approvals.
